This three bedroom three bath pool/canal front home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac just behind Siesta Key village. It is walking distance to the village, as well as the "locals" beach at the end of Avenida Messina. The home was infiltrated by 4 inches of water during Helene and ServePro began mitigation 36 hours later. They sprayed mildewcide and fungicide and then dried out the home for 4 days. It was remediated, and renovations were started. Two of the bedrooms are en-suite. The living room, family room and one bedroom room has access to the lanai and pool area. Canal access to the intercoastal, and ultimately the Gulf of Mexico takes approximately 25 minutes. Areca Palms are on the back side of the lanai and provide privacy for the south facing pool, which is a prime spot to enjoy our Siesta Key sunsets.
