The peace and serenity of this Bayside retreat is simply divine! The heated spa is enjoyable most anytime, but especially in the evenings, when there may be a cool breeze off the bay. There are two updated recreation rooms, great places to gather with neighbors and watch the Bucs or the Rays on the big screen TVs or share a potluck dinner. Community laundry room for residents and addl exterior storage space on upper level parking. Two small pets are welcomed and 30-day minimum rentals permitted.
