Turnkey furnished and ready for your guests this one bedroom, one bathroom is decorated in a coastal style and has everything needed to go to the beach and have fun! Walk out the door and jump on the free trolley and head down to the Village to grab drinks and dinner or go shopping at one of the many wonderful local shops. From parasailing to boating, or paddle boarding be as active as you like or just grab a book and head out back to the lawn overlooking the ICW and read and relax under a big shade tree. The onsite pool is newer and truly resort like with spectacular water views and a tiki hut and bar for dining and party sized grills if you want to dine poolside. The fishing pier is also newer and a great place to relax and catch your dinner. The boat basin was just updated and is wonderful to use for boating or kayaking. The Adirondack chairs on the lawn by the ICW are very comfortable and are a good spot to sit and watch the dolphins and sea birds and manatees. Bocce Ball court is nearby the pool. A clubhouse room with a kitchen and tv, bathroom, mail room all have more living spaces to enjoy. The pool bathroom has showers and changing area to help accommodate guests who may be checking out but still need to be on site. A community laundry room is conveniently located. The extra outdoor storage area is spacious and gives you even more room to keep extra items. The monthly condo fee covers water, sewer, trash, basic cable and all of the amenities located at SEA CLUB II. If you have always been wanting a place on SIESTA KEY this is a great value in that you can have a vacation home that pays for itself and has a strong rental history. Magical SUNSETS every night and volleyball at the public beach and even a drum circle on Sunday evening! Living in PARADISE! NO DAMAGE FROM HURRICANES! Solid construction
