Ground floor canalfront villa at Seaside Gardens. 2BR/2BA, 1 car garage. This home has a boat lift and 1, 025 SF of dock and deck. It did take on some water from Hurricane Helene (like almost all other ground floor places on the island that have not flooded before). Drywall, furniture, appliances, cupboards, etc. have been removed. The roof is secure (replaced in 2015) and the A/C is functional. Owner was wise enough to place the A/C condenser on platform and the air handler is located above the ceiling.
