The neighborhood offers a kayak, paddle board launch area, community park and playground at either of the two Bayfront parks to relax and just enjoy a Sarasota Bay sunset. Active neighborhood with community gatherings if you choose to join the neighborhood association for a low yearly fee. They have an annual picnic, yard sale and other events with neighbors!
