The kitchen was updated recently and has newer stainless gas stove and refrigerator. The bedrooms are separated by storage closet and a second bathroom. The master has an ensuite bathroom with a roomy shower. There is a lovely sun porch which could be a den, craft room, overflow sleeping or any other need you might have (not included in sq footage). The covered parking spot is close to the building access area. Being on the second floor, one can either take the stairs or the elevator. The AC unit was replaced in 2022 and the electrical panel was also replaced. There is a storage room area in the sunporch and a small storage space in the community area. The roof was replaced in August 2020. This well-maintained community has lots of activities available which include a large heated pool, library, puzzle and card room, game room including billiards, Shuffleboard courts, social activities and more. The monthly Condo fee covers gas, water, sewer, trash, cable, internet, and much more. This is a Fantastic 55+ community! It passed the environmental study and there was no assessment needed.
